1958 S Jefferson Nickel with steps. How good?

Not full steps, not even close.  The steps have to be full and unbroken all the way across, no blends and no hits that interrupt the steps.   Most of the time there will be some blending under the third column or a hit that interrupts the steps.   Also the FS designation will only be given to mint state coins, this coin shows clear signs of circulation.
