The only "error" would be the error of wasting $25+ to have it authenticated and graded. As has already been said - no numismatic value.

NGC receives a lot of 1950s-60s cents having a chipped date or "BIE" (chipping between letters BE of LIBERTY). These are quite common for cents of those years, and NGC will not note them on the label as either varieties or mint errors.
