Is this considered as DD and l noticed also the lips of pres. Lincoln seems error, in this case is there any value for my penny?

Please state where you see DD when asking. I don’t see any but I might be looking at the wrong place. 
Lincoln’s lips look like they have taken a hit. No extra value that I can see.

If you are asking if this is a doubled die coin then no it is not, if your asking if this is a OMM D/D then I also do not see anything there either.  The mark by the mouth could be a hit or it could be a well placed plating bubble.
