Different phone screens, moniters, etc. can make it hard, if not impossible, to accurately judge the color of an internet picture, but based on what I see, I would have to say, "no."

My initial impression, to be frank, was that it was cleaned. But the photo isn't close up, so I didn't say anything because I didn't feel I had a good enough look at even one side.

Harshly cleaned, surfaces no longer natural.  I would not term it red or red-brown.

I agree with JKK and Condor101. Cleaned copper has a very distinct look.

That would come back as "Altered Color," "Improperly Cleaned," or both.
