Maybe it's the lighting, but the surfaces appear to be quite dull/lifeless.

If the coin has average luster, it looks like an MS64, but if not, MS63 or lower.

I would say that it would definitely make MS-63 and would have a good shot at MS-64. Given Gray Sheet values of $300 and $450 respectively, it's probably worth a shot.

I'm strict so I give it a 63, but sometimes big enlargments make the marks stand out and look worse than in hand. The luster looks untouched so I would give it a shot unless you can find an expert to look at it under a glass, then I would defer to him/her...
