Looks like a strike through to me. Not sure if that'll affect the grade but I'll say 65.

No it's not tape, I blieve its a strike thru, but would love to hear others opinions

that looks like a planchet void, likely a peeling planchet, but as you say, could just as well be a strike-through. I think the coin will grade 64 without too much trouble

I would call it a 64, shot 64+. Given the way the TPGs grade CCs, I would not be shocked to see it in a 65 holder.

It looks like an easy MS64 to me, so my guess is that it graded MS65.

I shouldn't have put GTG in the title of this post, there's no grade to guess. It's raw and was just seeking grade opinions. Thanks for the posts guys.
