coins disappearing from registry sets?

anyone else notice coins disapparing from their registry sets? I tried to look at the latest announcement but it said access denied. No problem putting them back in, just wondering if anyone has the scoop on this, I hate doing something over and over. I guess NGC is having some issues...?
