Can anyone tell me what this coin is... obverse an reverse both struck with the same print, except it is one 1985 and 1986 on one coin

The 1986 D Jeff was 'hollowed' out and the 1985 D diameter was turned down and the reverse was turned off. Then the '85 was fit snuggly into the '86 shell....

A common two-headed 'magician' coin example.....
