The Year, Denomination, and PF are listed, but that's it.

 

Since this was submitted as a cross-over does it mean that they wouldn't cross it?

Yes, the coin did not cross.

 

You can double check this by taking the invoice number and the line number and entering it into the Cert Verification for (found under the Submission Status pull-down tab). When you enter this in if it is not found in the database, it did not cross.
