Completed 1913 PDS

12 posts in this topic

I have been putting together a 1909-1920 PDS set. While I do have a long ways to go this is a small milestone.

The 13-D still needs pro pics which will be done soon, but you get the idea

Every stepping stone brings us one step closer to the ultimate goal and should be recognized. Congrats to you!!

BTW---I really like the 1913 AND the 1913-D.

Very nice coins, indeed. All three were from fresh dies having sharp details. That's a quality that not enough collectors truly understand.

I am really pleased to hear this comment. Almost every coin I select from this date range I strive to have nice strike and detail not just the color.

Although there are of course a few exceptions

I don't really care for toning but that's some nice coins! Who's the one taking the pictures?

A member here took the photos. He goes by Robec1347 and he does fantastic work.

Also welcome to the boards

Very attractive looking Lincolns! :applause: Congratulations on nailing the 1913 date/mm set, and best wishes on completing all the other date/mm sets.

Bob does wonderful imagery... I look forward to seeing his rendition of the D mint.
