Grade "Deleted"

Trying to verify the grade of a coin for sale at Heritage Auctions on the NGC website, the grade shows as "Deleted". Any ideas why this would happen? Cert # is , 3685290-004.

That is strange. It shows a photo of the coin in the slab as MS65+RB.

 

Don't know why they list it as Deleted, especially if it is still for sale at a Heritage auction while it's still slabbed.

I've seen this before. From what I recall, NGC did this temporarily while they were trying to verify which variety it was.

It's been corrected. There was nothing amiss with the coin, and it was just a data entry error.

The new census data rolls over every Tuesday, and this coin will be "new" with the Deletion fixed.
