Realistically, bet it comes back from PCGS as a 65+ PL.

The PL properties are there, just don't think the mirrors are deep enough.

It does reflect text but only about 3" away.

I wouldn't be surprised at a 66, but I wouldn't be surprised at a 65+ either. The marks on her cheek and in front of her nose are somewhat distracting, but the reverse appears flawless. It's hard to judge the PL-ness from those pics. I don't know that I would give it a PL from your pics, but in hand it may be quite different.
