Clad dimes MS compared to SMS

I have noticed that the MS dimes 2005 to 2010 use the same points spread as the SMS counter parts. Where there are over 1000 for each SMS coin there are only 20 or so MS for some of the dates in NGC slabs. This points spread does not seem to work correctly as the high MS67FT and up are non-existent. As these may be rarities in the future I do think they should have a different points spread than the easy to find SMS coins.
