1885O What would you grade it?

Very little money in it, believe I paid $40 for it years ago. Was in a NGC 63 holder, cracked out and has been in the Dansco since purchasing it. 63 sounds about right, IMHO. You?

I sold an 1885-O in MS63 about four months ago. The luster was really popping on that one. Yours is a little laid back. I think you have a nice, high-end MS63, though, that could conceivably go MS64 on re-evaluation. I think it's a close one.

Many chops on the obverse so I would say MS63+. The toning is very nice but the reverse rim is too dark I believe to garner the star.

It's an attractive coin, but the face and neck of Liberty are rather heavily scratched. So I'm stuck on MS63.
