Newp SLQ for my type set

20 posts in this topic

Not really a newp, but I just got around to imaging it. This piece has amazing color but its difficult to capture all of it in a pic. I will have Todd image it at Philly next week to see if he can capture it all.

It took a while to find the perfect SLQ for my set, but this was it. I paid a decent premium over auction records for it, but sometimes you have to pay up.

Thanks for looking!

Nice original toning and the luster is screaming under the toning.

Looking forward to Todd's images - & maybe we will finally meet in

Philadelphia as I will be with a friend of yours, Broadstruck.

I have the afternoon of Monday, August 6th, set aside for lot viewing

at Stack's Bowers to look at the Just Having Fun Collection of Standing

Liberty Quarters. This is a perfect example of my having Champagne

Tastes with a Beer Pocketbook !!

Remember to check the 1917. Easily one of the nicest (if not THE nicest) SLQ I've ever seen. Period.

AnkurJ---that is a very NICE looking SLQ.

Mark--I REALLY like the looks of yours, too!!

Both coins are eye appealing and in a very high state of preservation.

Thanks for sharing!!

Nice one Ankur! I'm glad to see you don't worry too much about the FH. Good for you.

My only SLQs left in my set
