I would say a very SOLID MS64 with a shot at MS65. Typical weak strike for the MM and muted luster hold it back. Nice clean feilds and I like the rim toning.

I see it as a MS64. 1899-O is known for an average to bold strike. This coin has an average strike. I like this coin, overall clean fields and the rim toning is appealing. Sweet pick up.
