Much easily percieved, for me at least, if you just flipped it over 180 degrees to see the actual difference.

Yes it does come from rotated dies.

That's the nice thing about AutoCAD. I don't have to draw lines on my monitor with a Sharpie and measure it with a protractor.

My eys are as bad as yours Chris. I had to use a black one.

if those are a picture of the same coin, it definitely is rotated

 

you need to know which prongs are the same to tell if rotated clockwise or counterclockwise in order to tell degree of rotation
