Chances are pretty good if it was FB it would have long since been certified as such. You can't see from the photo whether it's FB but it does look like an overall good strike.

The coin has never been graded. It's been in a vault and storage for 35 or 40 years or more. I'm no expert but it could very well be- if it is it's not the absolute strongest.

Too hard to tell from those pictures. I would have to say no from what I can see on the middle bands, looks like no separation.

The reverse pictured is not FB. As far as the overall grades of either Merc. I'm unable to determine from the pics.

I'd have to say, these are not worth grading. Just enjoy them the way they are.

OK - I'm going to put off grading them and I bought a new camera today- as soon as I learn to use it I'll try again!

The 44 looks MS 65 to me but NOT FB. The 45 looks about MS 63 or 64 and NOT FB. They are sweet lookin' Mercs, though.
