I'm gonna' be the optimist here and say MS65PL and if they're feeling generous they'll give it a MS64DPL. Notice -1pt but +deep.

 

If it doesn't at-least get a PL then there's no prayer for this TPG anymore.

I'll have to admit I think NGC liked this a little more than PCGS did. I am trying to figure out why the photo of the obverse did appear PL or DMPL. This photo was taken with diffused light though. Thanks for everyone's participation. (thumbs u

The second picture looks better; the original made the coin look MS64 or MS65. Definitely a fine MS66!
