Morgan Grade?

MS-64, probably P-L of some sort ...

 

The mark in the cheek takes it out of the MS-65 class IMO. If it were located somewhere else, it might make MS-65, but not there.

The fields and the way the portraits stand up against them does make her look PL. She's naturally going to bruise more for that. MS-64PL looks to me to be a nice, conservative, technical grade on her.

MS65 PL. Nice Morgan. 1879-S is known for a sharp strike this coin shows a bit of a weak strike in the central areas--above the ear and breast feathers. Just judging from the pics, the periphery definition seems washed out so the coin in hand probably looks sharper than the pics portray.

I agree with the grade - UNLESS the lettering and stars are Toned over

These should be frosted like the rest of the coin devices, especially on the obverse.
