Definitely NGC authenticates and grades CWTs. Indeed, I believe that PCGS does not do so.

 

My wife might even be getting interested in CWTs, which for me is a HUGE . At the FUN show, I purchased 2 for her from Rick Snow (both NGC encapsulated). Plus I have shown her Rick's web page (at CWT page and she has expressed an itnerest in buying some more. I am so happy...
