It looked normal until the '60's. Should have been an S mint.

 

so the toning is post '60? how long has the coin been in a collection?

 

I don't think he quite ment that...

Right, plus all the colors from the psychedelic era.

 

It has just been slabbed by NGC and is the only MS 67* RB, with none higher. I can see the "star" part of it, but the absence of detail in the beard area leaves me wondering about the 67 grade assigned to it.
