Can anyone ID this coin?

Anyone know what the coin on the far left on the bottom is? I can't seem to figure it out. There are also a couple other coins that I don't recognize that I think may be foreign.

America owned the Philippines around the turn of the 20th century. It was one of our prizes in the Spanish-American war, the same war where we won Puerto Rico and a few other useless territories.

Yep, Filipino, and it is kind of neat to see one so well circulated.

Early 1900's Filipino coins were minted in the US and had USA printed on them. Most likely you'll find an "S" mint mark on the coin.... of course minted in San Francisco.

Yes, it's from the Philippines under US control, those coins minted in the US are actually in the Redbook too. There is also what appears to be a Mexican 20-centavo in the group too, as well as some smaller denomination Philippine coins (the ones with the woman kneeling). The US minted these coins from the early 1900s through the 1940s I believe.
