The 2 cent denomination of US postage stamp. Issued from July 1, 1863 to 1870.

Usually referred to as the "Black Jack" due to the large portraiture of Andrew Jackson on its face printed in pitch black.

Well the question does not specifically state "paper" currency, so I would have to say the $1 Presidential Dollar issued last year (2008).

 

However if you MEANT so specify "paper" currency, the answer would be the $5 bill.
