A one-dollar bill as all other American bills weighs approximately one gram.

Assuming that there's 28.6 grams in one ounze then the answer is 457.6. If 28 grams per oz is used then you get 448.

663.81, so i guess we'll call it an even 664. of course, this is all based on total ream weight divided by dimensions of a bill, coverted blah blah blah. my math is correct, my doubt lies in the accuracy of teh number i got for ream weight. i can't wait to find out.

Each bill weighs a gram, and there are 453.6 grams in a pound. So there are 453.6 dollars in a pound. (Gee, and I thought the exchange rate was closer to 2, man that inflation is killer. ;) )
