The image angle is very strange. It "looks" like an MS-65 coin, but I wouldn't chance buying it just on that image alone. Besides, I do not like the toning.

The angle of the obverse is tilted to the left down a little as the coin is sealed and due to my lighting struggles(well documented) I had to tilt it to keep from having too dark rims. The reverse is perpendicular as it was to the bottom of the holder. I personally love the color of the coin. Sorry about the angle.

I think the obverse has a few too many nicks/scratches for MS65 but the reverse is definitely, in my opinion, an MS65 candidate.

The reverse does look quite nice. From the tilted image, it's hard to see all the nicks you are speaking of, but I can see it in a 64 holder. I've seen worse.

I like it Jim. I also believe it to be at least MS64.

The first image is tilted and a bit blury hiding what is necessary for a grade. Try focusing on the field of the coin at the lowest point. The image through the view might be out of focus but after taking the picture the rest of the coin above your focus point should be in focus.

 

Best option is to not tilt the coin and just move the lighting.

 

That said it looks pretty decent, I'll guess MS64
