Here is one I have had for some time. I called Fine 15? Your thoughts on this coin as a whole and the grade??

The surfaces are confusing me some but I'd go with F-12/F-15. Nice historic date (thumbs u I gotta get an 1812 at some point.

I like the coin Bruce. It's a little confusing to me also. It has nice EF30 details on the Rev. except the rims and the Obv I would say cuts this coin back to F15. So your gut grade is probably right Bruce!!

This is an O-110a from what I can see. The TPG's would likely grade this VF 20-25 from what I have seen. Very decent coin!

I like it, and I'd probably grade it in the F/VF range.

Grading by variety, I'd guess at least VF-20.

I think Michael may be right when he says the coin was cleaned. There's something 'not right' about it, Bruce. I like your coins very much, and I hope you are not offended by my saying this, but you wanted an opinion about this coin. I think, for the grade (F15 +/-), something much more natural in appearance would make it a better coin.

Not offended at all. I too think this coin took a light cleaning at one point, but most of these coins have. I got the coin cheap in my eyes, so it all works out.
