Today's new coin

First coin I've bought this year. Another is on its way (hopefully) tomorrow. Sorry that I didn't feel like cropping the holder part this time. Oh, it's a half dollar.

I agree. It's overall my absolute favorite design. That's one reason why the only gold spouse coin I'm interested in is the Jefferson spouse one. He married liberty.

The DBHE is my favorite design too. While I understand your "play" on the TJ spouse coin, on a philosophical note, the older I get the harder I find it to accept TJ's ownership of slaves. In any case, that's a nice pickup you got!
