Nice buy Jim. You can't beat a nice hunk of gold, especially when it looks this nice.
-
Nice quarter Lee. I love the reverse toning.
-
Wonderful pickup Jaime, or should I say another wonderful pickup.
-
Great looking CBH.

Thank you Dean and Mike. You two have been posting some phenomenal jewels as of late as well.

Okay Lincolnites...now's your chance to get those coppers shown off !!!
OK, I'll bite.

Great looking 'Orleans Morgan.
That's a great pickup on the '42-D Jefferson, Paul. Look at all those steps.

MPL is short for Matte Proof Lincoln, which were made from 1909-1916. This one is PCGS PR66BN. Your reaction mirrors my reaction the first time I discovered the series.

Nice couple of Barber's Mike.
Wow Jon, I absolutely love the toning on your Booker T. Washington.
Nice DCam Jaime.

Paul, I can say without hesitation that the 44S you just posted is one of my favorite Jefferson's I've ever seen from you.
I have to agree with Jason. That is one of the prettiest War Nickels I've ever seen.

Another one of SkyMan's. I want one too.

Another SkyMan toner.

OK Chris, you're gonna have to share your chocolate with Sy.

Nice Merc Bob! looks about 100% toned on both sides.... I like my toners well done please
However it was done, I dig the colors. Plus, I don't plan on cracking it out of the NCG holder.
I wasn't implying that the toning was artificial, but I like the deeper toning. (I guess the phrase "well done" has been used a lot with AT'd coins.... sorry.
)
Well I will say that these colors are unusual. Lloyd's pics are a little darker than mine, but depending on how much light is on the coin, both are fairly accurate.
