"Super" coins Mike!
Can't remember if I've ever posted this one here:
-
More beauties Lee? When will it end?
Recently got my quarterly bonus. I like to put some of that into coins, as you see here. No more $$ left. Saving up now for Baltimore Show, my first.
-
Lee, that is a spectacular coin, do you want to sell it?
Thanks guy's! I'm holding on to this one for a while. Very nice example. I think a little weakly struck and has a small hit on the eagles leg that keeps it out of a 66 holder. Great color and lustre though!
-
Leeg, I like both the '34 and the '56 a couple of pages ago.
Elbesaar nice 1929 SLQ.
Thanks SkyMan!!
This arrived today:
-
skyman I'm not a collector of Morgan $1's but, I like that 1886! Tom that's a very nice Jeff!
Another chinook win for me:
-
Nice half Spider!! I snagged this half from Wayne Herndon last Friday, arrived today. This one is from a group "bear" sold to Wayne. The 56 Lincoln I won off eBay from chinook today.
-
That Jefferson is way cool!
-
Victor those are "Super" Nice!!!!!!!!!!!! Was the only bidder on this one from the Heritage Long Beach Signature Auction:
Lavender and sunset-orange converge in the patina of this Art Deco commemorative. Solidly struck and lustrous, with dark toning noted on the obverse between 5 and 9 oclock.
-
Very nice Bruceswar! I picked this one up from Wayne Herndon a while back:
-
Don't really see folks post Frankies too much. Some very nice examples posted so far!
-
James those are some "Super" nice examples! This one arrived yesterday:
-
I'm certain Lee knows this, but others might not be familiar with this issue so I will share with them that the Maine is one of the toughest commems to find with substantial and attractive toning on it. That is a really nice coin.
I'm certain I know this, but Lee might not be familiar that the board policy of posting attractive Draped Bust halves is that they must then be sent to me. Thanks, Lee!
Thanks Tom. "Very Happy" with this group!!!!!!!!!
Don't know if I quite agree with the board poicy on Draped Bust Halves though
Thanks Winstonware

Been paying Heritage since May on this group. Made my final payment on Tuesday and the arrived via FEDEX yesterday. "Great Job by Eric Thomas at Heritage!!!!!!"

-
Man you guy's are killing me with all these amazing additions to your collections. Just picked up these two:
The half cent will fit in well I think with this half I'm still waiting to hold in my hand.
I guess I'm working on a date set now.

Thanks Lee,
That’s a scan of the coin. I really need to try to get some good digital photos of it, as the color and luster is much nicer in hand.
John
John,
Even though it's a scan, I can tell it's got super color and lustre A nice NIKON Coolpix camera is inexpensive and a great investment. This Isabella is my favorite:
-
Lee,
It seems that you and I have a lot in common. We both love classic commems and Lincolns. You wouldn’t happen to like buffalo nickels also would you?
Anyway, here’s my Roanoke for your consideration.
John
Hi John,
Classic Commem's and Lincolns "Rock" and their priced right I also like Buff's just can't afford the ones I really want That's a "Super" example of a Roanoke you got there!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Love the Classic Commems!!!!

I can't help but agree with you guy's
Super reverse on this one:
-
Are you pulling together a Lincoln 1c date/mm set, Lee?
Yup. Working on the 09-58 Set. These Lincolns are running neck and neck with Classic Commem's as my favorites. I try and pick up Lincoln MPL's when I can find that at the right prices too.
I've enjoyed the photos that you've posted.Appreciate It!!
Another one that arrived today:
