Thank you for your question. To submit a coin for reholder you must upgrade to a paid membership or you can submit through an NGC authorized dealer. The coin will retain the original certification number as we are only replacing the case. The reholder fee is $10 per coin, for coins valued at $10,000 or less, plus the return shipping and handling fees.
