NGC is going to grade cleaned, scrathced, and rim nicked coins?

GRADE but DETAILS?

so I read in a journalFriends; I don't know for sure but this would be the downfall for NGC as far as I am concerned. You don't put a grade on a coin that is not lusted for. I surely don't want a MS-65 with a rim nick in my set,HELLO what are they thinking about. So you say my 1893cc altered surface will now get a MS64 and will give me over 1,500 points in my values. GOOD BYE NGC. Times have been tough but you can stay at the top of grading companies or you can join the rest of the third party losers. HAPPY COIN COLLECTING
