This may be hard to swallow, but you are 10X more likely to get a MS69 on a North Dakota P mint marked Statehood quarter at PCGS than you are at NGC.

On the 2006 denver 5c out of over 1200 nickels graded at NGC a paultry 3 have graded MS69 6FS. Compare that to PCGS who has graded 78 MS69FS out of less than 800 submissions.

The market can say what it wants, but these numbers are OVERWHELMING and can not be easily dismissed by the current group of "market wisdom" crowd.
