To simply distract thieves and protect my well-worn wheat cents, I lay out my high grade FT slabbed Roosevelts. Even common theives know that they are overvalued and garner excessive registry points, ready to take a big fall at any moment. When a burglar sees these, he quickly retreats, and I don't even have to kill him!

NGC won't change the rules...it just breaks them.
Get the facts straight on the NGC Registry Awards rules. Check the last 2 years of awards. Even though there was a 50% completion requirement, Best of Category awards were given on point totals only. All sets with a higher point total won, even if they were less than 50% complete and there were sets with greater than 50% completion in the category.

Any one will agreee that education is key in our hobby. However, to think that we don't need the coin police is foolish.
Someone must be there to help the newbie until he is properly educated. If Michael W. Cooper thinks it is OK for an eBay seller to put a VF Morgan in a holder and mark it MS 67PL and then accept a bid for $300.00, then he is also part of the problem.

It seems to me, the real whiners are still here. The wrong Journal entries are made to disappear.

Additionally, a public appology to Ron is in order, unfortunately, the powers-that-be at NGC will ignore this situation, as they do with any situation which may have a negative impact on their company. Don't expect an email response, wigglebutts. There is little line of communication between NGC and its customers. And when they are wrong, do not expect any communication whatsoever. That has been my experience, I am sorry to say.
