The Jamestown $5 Proof was just delivered by Fed X today.
I was pleasently surprized at the door when a FedX driver had a package for me today containing the Jamestown $5.00 Gold Proof. After giving it a close examination under 30 microscope I have to give the quality control of the West Point mint my salute and hats off to them. I think I have a Proof-70 grade. Fire the Quality Control person at this mint.
The reverse of both of my coins would not grade Pf-67 or Pf-68.On the shields right side there is missing metal on the outer rim of the shield at 3 oclock and minute specks where the metal did not flow.
