I would like to hear all opinions on how this could have been caused. There are no vise marks, no press marks and there are no other points from the reverse showing. I have heard all sorts of theories and would love to hear any and all.

This writing is not intended to anger anyone but rather to spark conversation regarding NGCs decision to allow PCGS graded coins to be added to NGC Registry competitive sets. In my opinion sometimes corporate decisions are made by bowing to the demands made by the loudest voices and not by what is right.
