I know if you are a paid member of the collectors society you can track your submissions online, not sure about if you submit through ANA or dealers though.

Paid members go to your home page, log on, control panel , select submissions

Control Panel/ My Registry/ Community/ Grading & Submissions/ Account Setup

From NGC website:

 

"To better serve its members, NGC and the ANA recently agreed that grading submissions should be sent directly to NGC in Sarasota, FL. This change eliminates the lengthy processing and shipping delays from the prior submissions being sent through the ANA Submission Center in Colorado Springs, CO."
