No, the color looks way off to me. I would be wary of the coin being dipped/cleaned.

 

For a coin this common and inexpensive, I see no reason to gamble on this "hole" and would wait for a better example...Mike

I think I would ask for some different pictures. Either the white balance is off or the coin is very dark in-hand. Maybe you should ask the seller if the images are accurate.

I agree with Mike... this is a very common date for not alot of dough. I think the MS63 in my type set was less than $20 and there's still plenty of mint luster in the devices. The coin in question has uneven toning and carbon spots on the reverse which I find detracting...I'd pass...Leo

I agree that white balance is probably off a bit. Looks like a AU-58 to me.

The background gives the coin an odd color that I suspect is not representative of its actual color.
