I have a EF-45 graded seated quarter that is a Briggs-2B. Does anyone know anything about this variety? Does it have a rarity rating? Thanks!

Larry Briggs is the author of The Comprehensive Encyclopedia of United States Liberty Seated Quarters. I don't have the book, but if someone does the answer would be in it.
