Truly stunning. As Irish Mike indicated, this kind of thing goes a long way to create customer loyalty, way beyond customer satisfaction.

It sounds great. NGC customer service really does try to be helpful. I hope they remember me saying this when I call them in the next week to discuss a coin they failed to downgrade that I sent in. laugh.gif
