Possible Alert? Very unusual email-much concern

Has anyone heard about this?, or does anyone know anything about this? I received this unsolicited email and I really don't know what to think, so I thought I should at least give everyone a "heads-up" and see what you all think:

I agree... they can't even spell payment correct, and another trigger to me was noticing that the link supplied was different than where it tries to send you..

 

 

I wasn't about to just click on it, but I must say I haven't seen one quite like this...
