I don't own a coin close to PO-1 but I think they are kind of cool.

I picked up this 1858-S Seated Half for just above melt last week. It has nice, even wear and original color. Do you guys think it would grade Poor-1?

Maybe not a P-01 but still pretty well worn out.

My dad has a Peace dollar that would grade PO01. It takes years of carrying one around in your pocket to get it worned down to a PO01.

My dad bought a morgan a while back with a huge "X" throuh the reverse so he made it a pocket piece that has warn down to about AG-3, but it wouldn't grade because it still has that big old "X" right in the center.
