Anyone ever use this system?

 

The list of dealers registered seems to run from the majors to the unknown small time shops.

 

Under the "Activity Rank" most all of the dealers are listed as 0.00 on a scale of 0-100.

 

I take it that it is some sort of automated exchange. Is it only really useful for generic coins or are exceptional coins (premium toners, extra deep cameos, etc) also good to be sold there?

 

How reliable are the dealers there? Is it like the other so-called "exchanges" where bids get run up to have the dealer dump the coins on others and then not honor their bid?

 

Anyone know what it costs to join? I looked at their enrollment form, but it shows prices as $0.00, but mentions a fee somewhere else.
