I don't think that coin will grade any higher than MS-64. It has a smooth cheek and surfaces, but there are a few "carbon spots" that take it out of the really choice category.

Looks MS, maybe about MS62. The color is a little funky for my taste, but it's market acceptable.

MS65, VAM 2--beautiful coin in which its toning will make up or cover up most minor flaws.
