Now that's the kind of auctions that worry me. Don't know how you found it coindude but a heck of a find. I think if I was to ever buy something worth this much I would probably go thru a legitimate auction house!

I hate to be a cynic here, but if you buy a $10,000 coin for $1,000 from "mommie2trey", with 18 feedback, via money order. Than PT Barnum has your number too.

 

Still you have a sharp eye to catch that one.

Did anyone notify the original seller of wehat went on? He may want to find a way of protecting his pics from being copied.

Has all the earmarks of a potential scam/problem. Serial number obliterated, credit card not accepted, no return, no previous feedback history of selling such items, no provision for escrow etc.
