1971 PF-* coin for my collection ?

Hi all

 

i am still "hunting" 1971 proofs for my collection (added a 69* two 69s and four 68s this week ) and this one has turned up on eBay PF67* one cent, I do not intent to go lower than 67* for the collection but the price seems way over the top to me as i have just baught a 71 5c PF-69* Cameo for about $40

NGC have graded 8 67* of the cent and only 5 of the 69* 5 cents....

 

what do you all think

There are a TON of half cams and Ucams and they usualy get Star treatment.
