I have a good sized collection of these things but only 1 other has a serial # and it's a steel cent and I don't have any cents Reg Sets so I won't be bothering you about it.

Dena, always helps me with my mundane problems. Dena tells me..... "how, where and who"... so I can get it fixed.

 

Ask the same question at PCGS you get 3 people telling you it's not their job!
