Very nice toned commemorative. Perhaps MS-64 on the grade.

You're probably closer than I am Rey. I didn't go get my grade books so was looking blind so to say!

It's really impossilbe to grade high grade Mint State coins from pictures. The trouble is you have to be able to swirl the coin under light to check the mint luster.

 

The picture makes the coin look like a beautifully toned MS-64. There was a time when great toning added a point. If the there is great luster under the toning it could as high as MS-66.

 

Regardless of the what the grade is, this looks like a nice coin. Many Washington - Carvers have too many marks on the head of Carver, which makes the coin very unattractive IMO. This coin looks to be pretty smooth.
