In the old days this coin would grade VG-Fine with problems. The last time I handled on of these coins the spread between low grade and higher grade was small. I'd pass and look for a better one. The spots on this piece are a real problem.

Ditto!!! The spread between prices in middle of the road grades is minimal thus I would search out problem free coins if full VF instead of F-15s with issues..L
