1999 silver Proof Set Grades from NGC in

I sent my two sets in just for the heck of it. NO 70's, but not bad scores:

From the looks of the Pop report, that is the grade of about 95% of them. It wouldn't have hurt for them to at least throw me a couple of bones.

 

Oh well, the fun part was the wait.

They are avaraging 20% percent so if you supplied 7 more coins you would have got a (1) 70 in the mix somewhere so say the odds makers ( ME! ) heheh
